Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 May 2026
By downloading, installing or using Virtual Manager (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for managing your own business records.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
- Do not use the App for unlawful activities or to store data you do not have the right to store.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the App's cloud backup service or the data of other users.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the business records you enter into the App. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups, in addition to the optional cloud sync feature.
4. Updates
We may release updates to fix bugs, add features, or change behaviour. We will try to keep updates compatible with your existing data, but we recommend keeping a recent backup before applying major updates.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Virtual Manager is a record-keeping tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the App, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to cloud sync if these terms are breached. Local data on your device remains accessible to you regardless.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Contact
