Virtual Manager is built with the principle that your business data belongs to you. This policy explains what information the app handles, where it is stored, and your choices.
1. Information we handle
- Business records you enter — sales, purchases, items, expenses, customer entries and notes.
- Account information — if you sign in, your email address and an authentication token.
- Diagnostic data — anonymous crash reports and basic usage events used only to fix bugs and improve stability.
2. Where your data is stored
By default, all business records are stored locally on your device. The app works fully offline. If you enable cloud sync, an encrypted backup of your records is also stored on our cloud provider so you can restore it on another device.
3. How your data is used
Your business records are used only to provide the features of the app. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. We do not analyse the contents of your business records.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers strictly required to run the app (for example, our cloud backup provider), and only the minimum data necessary. These providers act as data processors on our behalf.
5. Your choices
- You can use the app entirely offline without enabling cloud sync.
- You can export or delete your data from within the app at any time.
- You can request deletion of your cloud backup by emailing support@virtual-manager.app.
6. Security
Cloud backups are transmitted and stored encrypted. You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.
7. Children
Virtual Manager is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the latest revision.
